Anti-Harassment & Safety

We take the safety of our customers and staff as a top priority. We have ZERO TOLERANCE for harassment and/or violence of any kind towards customers or staff. This includes, and is not limited to, homophobia, transphobia, racism, sexual harassment, physical and/or emotional abuse or violence, etc.  Toronto Sound Festival has an anti-harassment policy that is available from our web site here.  Violation of this policy may result in ejection from the festival without a refund. We welcome anyone to our environment who understands this matter and respects our policies. If you encounter any issues, or simply have a question, please report it immediately to any staff or security, all of whom are trained to handle issues properly.  In essence: be nice and respect each other, or leave.

Ticket Prices

Our ticket prices are very fair and very firm.  We offer several ticket prices that cover both days of talks, both days of talks plus the concert, the DiY addon, and any combination of the preceding.  Talks are of high quality and presented by leaders in the Toronto music community.  Performances are curated to include up and coming as well as leading local artists alongside international artists.  Due to high quality of the talks and the reasonable nature of our pricing neither single day passes nor single day discounts are offered outside of our promotion period.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of planning an event such as the Toronto Sound Festival, refunds can only be offered up to 7 days in advance of the festival.  After this time, all sales are final and non-refundable.
